Given the large scale of crawling experiments, automatic relevance assessments are often employed based, for instance, on the lexical similarity of the textual content of the discovered Web pages to a detailed textual description of the topic, or on the confidence score of a classifier trained on the topic [15, 17].
These findings are consistent with other research which has indicated that family physicians themselves feel insufficiently trained on these topics [ 26].
