The strategic advantages of port cities as trading centers are many: they are both less dependent on vital connections and less vulnerable to blockages.
Consequently, they form the so-called LOS regions, as illustrated in Fig. 2. The performance of such network yields a delicate trade-off between blockage and transmitter density [43, 44, 180].
The next commission needs to remove blockages to trade in services, energy and the digital economy.
