The project memory consists of keeping the trace of actions achieved in the setting of a project.
This paper presents a new algorithm for discovery and learning of PSRs by using only a continuous trace of actions and observations as the training data, in which the history at any time step in the training data can be identified, and then the prediction of test at a history and the PSR model of the system can be obtained.
One possible use of such a log is to perform trace validation: given a specification of the expected or agreed-upon interaction (or inversely, of invalid behaviour), the trace of actions recorded at runtime can then be searched automatically for patterns satisfying or violating that specification.
