It means to briefly mention or discuss a topic or issue without going into great detail. Examples: 1. The speaker only had a few minutes, so she could only touch on a few key points about the company's financial situation. 2. In his essay, the author touches on a variety of themes related to identity and belonging. 3. During the meeting, the CEO briefly touched on the company's new sustainability initiatives. 4.
