In total, after several provocation periods 1 – 9 food allergens (median 4, 1 – 14) have been tested per patient by BCFC with a cumulative median of 12 test days (3 – 28 days).
In a total of three PACAP38 provocation studies, 46 out of 66 (70%) MO patients experienced migraine-like attacks (Fig. 1).
The total time for each provocation was about 35 minutes.
The participants were instructed to inhale with tidal volume breathing without a nose-clip for 4 min, followed by 6 min rest, consequently they inhaled a total of 1 mL provocation solution [ 15].
"The authorities have realized that they can survive now only through provocations and total oppression," said Inna Kuley, the head of Solidarity, a Belarussian rights group.
The provocation proved provocative.
"The sham regime in Kinshasa is constantly committing irresponsible acts of provocation, plunging the nation into a total impasse that could lead to widespread chaos," Tshisekedi said.
He praised them for acting "remarkably responsibly by urging total calm, by not wanting to have any provocation".
By comparing percentage differences from baseline, in the elimination diet period, attack count, number of headache days, number of attacks with acute medication and total medication intake showed significant reduction compared to the provocation diet period (Table 3).
In addition, for each pair of therapists, separate 2×2 tables will be presented for judgements about the indication for PIVM assessment and for judgements about mobility, end-feel, and pain provocation obtained from PIVM assessment (four tables in total).
