While fine-grained clusters are homogeneous with respect to the ϕ and ψ angles, it is clear that for the present systems the clear-cut branching at the top of the dendrogram is determined by some other order parameter.
Few isolates (Foc_001, Foc_002, Foc_003, Foc_005, Foc_085, Foc_267) from AP grouped separately and clustered at the top of the dendrogram.
Moving from the bottom towards the top of the dendrogram the next major branch split the OHIP psychological discomfort subscale items (OH5 and OH6) together with one psychological disability subscale item (OH10) and the functional limitation subscale items (OH1 and OH2).

The top group of the dendrogram is composed of human strains, which have a high level of similarity to O157 LEE genes, whereas the bottom cluster represents 11 animal and 3 human strains that have a lower level of similarity to the O157 LEE genes.
