When you clench or grind your teeth for a long time, it causes jaw dislocation and teeth misalignment, which should be treated with splints and bite guards.
These injuries can lead to the dislocation of a tooth and pulp involvement, which is a cause of concern for parents/caregivers [ 18].
Complicated injuries involved exposure of the pulpal tissue and/or dislocation of the tooth (complicated crown fracture, root fracture, lateral luxation, extrusive luxation, intrusive luxation and avulsion).
