The dive master and boat captain during our stay, German, took me to deeper waters to suit my level of experience; was able to switch a waterskiing outing to a tubing one without missing a beat; tolerated several schedule changes; and during our Day at Sea, shifted plans from bird-watching to swimming with manatees a decision for which we were most grateful.
