The two-weekend program begins this weekend with a screening of a film by Jonathan Demme on Trisha Brown and a tribute to originators of the form that includes live performances of works by Ann Carlson, Blondell Cummings, Douglas Dunn, David Gordon, Yvonne Rainer and, tonight only, Bill T. Jones.
"Rather than carefully reviewing loans for compliance with underwriting guidelines," it said, "defendants instead implemented and managed a fundamentally flawed due diligence process that often, and improperly, gave way to originators' demands".
However, as pharmacists often receive discounts on generic products, a flat fee would probably also make them prefer generics to originators.
Their interest depends on whether commercial discounts offered by generics manufacturers can compensate their lower margins (compared to originators) and the extra time needed to inform patients.
For granting approval for a biosimilar product, EMA requires clinical trials, including comparability studies to the originator product, to demonstrate safety and efficacy.
