"To be ending" is not a proper phrase in written English
"To be" is an auxiliary verb used to form the continuous tenses, but it cannot be followed by "ending." The correct phrase would be "to be ending" is "to be coming to an end" or "to be reaching its conclusion." Example: The movie I have been waiting for is finally coming to an end.
