The variables considered to build the dataset are lattesId (researcher identification number), year (year of publication), title (title of publication), and publicationId (publication identification).

The table lists publications in alphabetical order by first author and provides: author(s); year of publication; title of publication; abstract (or summary where no abstract was provided); study type; country in which research took place; and evaluated quality of publication (high, medium or low).

For the 2015 update of this review, 4891 titles of publication were reviewed Titles for studies which did not meet the inclusion criteria (children, nutritional intervention) were excluded, as a result 58 abstracts were obtained for further review.
