Functional data were obtained under the following timing parameters: TR (time repetition) = 1.5 s, TE (time echo) = 30 ms, flip angel (FA) = 70°, imaging matrix = 64 × 64, field of view (FOV) = 20 × 20 cm.
However, the timing parameters of gait, stride time, stance time and swing time were unchanged, indicating that the mice walked normally (Fig. 3D F).
Furthermore, the obtained results are machine independent in the sense that the CPU time is separated from the timing parameters.
Latency period, clearance time, and immunity development are timing parameters, described in Figure 2.
Time dependency was modeled by including timing parameters for recruitment and derecruitment of alveolar units similar to the approach of Bates and colleagues [ 3].
Unfortunately, the proportionality is also affected by a variety of other parameters such as pulse sequence timing parameters and their interaction with relevant relaxation times, B1 field homogeneity and its effects on signal excitation and reception sensitivity, etc.
Although the results of the time course experiment suggest the need for different timing parameters for different types of single stimulus intervals, it does not provide information on possible saturation effects in the case when repetitive stimulation periods are used.
This is significantly slower than the approximate 100 ns read/write time for SRAM, so the code is well within the timing parameters.
To further analyze this hypothesis, we evaluated three timing parameters, i) the initial model visit duration, ii) overall walking time, and iii) overall response time.
We use a diffusion weighted single shot EPI spin echo sequence with the following timing parameters: TR/TE/Δ/δ = 4200/89/43.5/32.5 ms, where Δ is the diffusion time interval and δ the diffusion gradient duration [28].
