Functional data were obtained under the following timing parameters: TR (time repetition) = 1.5 s, TE (time echo) = 30 ms, flip angel (FA) = 70°, imaging matrix = 64 × 64, field of view (FOV) = 20 × 20 cm.
However, the timing parameters of gait, stride time, stance time and swing time were unchanged, indicating that the mice walked normally (Fig. 3D F).
Biases in the estimates of timing parameters (DA response start time, peak response time) were close to 0. The false positive rate, caused by the large number of voxels examined, and hence large number of statistical tests performed, was well controlled using the F-test (proposed in the original algorithm) and a cluster-size threshold (introduced specifically for voxelwise lp-ntPET).
The elements of interest (Ca, Mg) were assayed using different timing parameters, namely the irradiation time (t i), the decay time (t d) and the counting time (t c).
Furthermore, the obtained results are machine independent in the sense that the CPU time is separated from the timing parameters.
Latency period, clearance time, and immunity development are timing parameters, described in Figure 2.
Time dependency was modeled by including timing parameters for recruitment and derecruitment of alveolar units similar to the approach of Bates and colleagues [ 3].
Unfortunately, the proportionality is also affected by a variety of other parameters such as pulse sequence timing parameters and their interaction with relevant relaxation times, B1 field homogeneity and its effects on signal excitation and reception sensitivity, etc.
