We, however, verified that the effect of neutral winds obtained from HWM07 model is negligible for the infrasound travel time to a specific altitude, e.g., the simulated time of infrasound propagation to the altitude of 200 km differed by ~0.1 s when the horizontal wind was considered (the main difference only concerned the horizontal distance travelled by the infrasound waves).
