Using RNA pull-down combined with high-throughput stable isotope labeling with amino acids in cell culture (SILAC) mass spectrometry, we discovered that the E3 ligase Trim25 is a factor that binds to pre-let-7.
It is closely related to the problems of network throughput or stable throughput maximization, since minimizing the time to deliver a fixed amount of data can be seen as maximizing the effective rate at which data traverse the network.
From the figure, we first observe that, even though the network-wide throughput is stable, immune to the number of stations in both networks, the throughput of TaLE-enabled network is a little smaller than that of IEEE 802.11-based network due to the TaLE overhead resulted from broadcasting beacon frame to estimate channel state (Figure 13a).
In addition, the hybrid microfluidic-vacuum platform allows for higher throughput, generates stable concentration gradients, and can be useful for studying cellular behaviors of sensitive cells (mouse NPCs, neurons).
Table 2 compares the maximum stable throughput, the saturated throughput, and the total delay before and after mapping and shows that the mapping pair has very similar performance.
Experiment 2 to illustrate the relationship between the maximum stable throughput and the saturation throughput: In the second experiment, we consider Poisson arrivals and demonstrate the maximum stable HP throughput and the mean total packet delay when the HP CW is statically configured.
Reason 2, as explained in Fig. 2, over this interval, the maximum stable throughput approximates the saturated throughput; it indicates that the traffic load is heavy and therefore more collisions will occur, thereby increasing the total delay as well.

We point out that such CW settings will enable an HP AC to achieve a stable throughput far higher than the saturated throughput.
From Aloha [14] to IEEE 802.11 Wi-Fi networks [15], we cannot even answer a very simple problem: what is the maximum stable throughput (i.e., the network throughput equalling the aggregate input traffic load).
