"We are trying to bring through young coaches – we want them to do our courses.
"They're highly rated by the players and they've come through the coaching system there.
Sustaining success through different eras, through coaching changes, through player graduation or guys leaving early".
"I just felt so much for them, what they're going through," Coach Rick Insell said.
"Special teams came through for us," Coach Jim Fassel said.
The HF observers were orientated to the operating theatre environment and learnt the technical aspects of the operative process through observation and through coaching from the clinical observers.
It was through his coaching of this team that he became involved in the NHL.
