He predicts the company will increase earnings by 20% and sales by 17% annually for the next three to five years, driven by demand for its products and market share gains in core categories.
"There isn't too much capacity right now," says Lund, "but the announced increases in the next three to five years are going to outpace demand.
What's the biggest concern facing Rostand's clients now? "Whether they will have enough people to face the surge in demand in three to five years from now".
But that doesn't mean the program that allows foreign nationals to work in the U.S. for three to six years in high-demand, highly skilled jobs hasn't been affected.
