When you have a negative thought, ask yourself probing questions to evaluate the thought.
Don't overdo this, but if you see someone struggling or gazing away in thought, ask, "Do you need help?" If they decline, leave it at that.
For each negative thought, ask yourself 'What is the more positive thought that I could focus on (that could also happen)?'.
If your longer hair is causing you forehead acne, here's a thought: Ask your hairdresser to give you a haircut where your fringe is cropped short, as well as your sideburns, while the hair becoming gradually longer towards the back of the head, then blow dry your hair upwards and style it how you like it with wax, gel or clay or whatever you prefer.
