The primary outcome is the composite of death or BPD, which according to our experience in 25 28 week infants (RHH-RWH data) currently occurs in 53% of those failing CPAP and 38% of those reaching the enrolment threshold.
Among all patients (those working and those not working at enrolment), those receiving adalimumab worked for 0.17 years (approximately 9 weeks) longer than those receiving DMARDs over the study period of 2 years (95% CI 0.11 to 0.22; table 2).
