In a buy note, Investec said: Despite concerns over comments from its main peer and wider concerns on the US macro outlook, this was another strong quarter of growth ahead of its end markets.

This was a very strong quarter for Twitter financially, showing profit in the face of expected loss, and strong revenue growth on both an expectation and quarter over quarter basis.
"Over all, it's another strong quarter from this premier hospital company," said David Shove, an analyst at Prudential Securities.
