Axial contrast-enhanced MDCT (b) shows homogeneous contrast enhancement of the pancreatic graft (asterisk) surrounded by a thin, contrast-enhanced wall fluid collection (black arrows).
In the absence of clinical and laboratory signs of infection, thin peripheral contrast enhancement (arrows in b) was observed.
However, pineal cysts frequently show thin peripheral contrast enhancement [6, 11, 13, 21, 22, 23], sometimes associated with enhancement of the cystic cavity by diffusion of the contrast agent on late images (30 min post-injection).
