There is inevitably error in the model, as seen with the unusual thickening of the upper Dudley unit.
The appearance on CT of irregular thickening of the upper rectal wall raised suspicion of malignancy, which was confirmed by fine needle aspirate from thorax nodules.
In the present case without facial and neck burns, the anterior wall thickening of the upper trachea was quickly detected with point-of-care US immediately after laryngoscopic evaluation.
