Unlike most other schemes, borrowers will be able to draw down money when they want it, rather than in one tranche, and when they make additional drawdowns there won't be any extra charges.
They recognized that this drawdown is a characteristic of both the formation and reservoir fluid.
"By shifting your savings into a drawdown scheme they will no longer be included in your final estate valuation, and therefore will avoid inheritance tax," he advises.
