The phrase "theory how" is not correct or usable in written English
It is unclear and does not make grammatical sense. Instead, you can use "how the theory" or "the theory of how" to properly convey the idea of a theory explaining a process or phenomenon. For example: The theory of how language develops in children is widely debated among linguists.
