Currently EBM is predominantly taught through theoretical courses, workshops and e-learning.
A combined intervention strategy will be applied by: 1- Training in theoretical-practical workshops for the professionals healthcare in the intervention group on HH techniques.
Intervention.- A hand hygiene training program, including a theoretical-practical workshop, provision of alcohol-based solutions and a reminder strategy in the workplace.
Thus, tutorship and coaching are as important as theoretical and practical workshops in undergraduate education and continuous professional development programs, as various authors have mentioned over the past two decades [ 12, 37- 42].
