The "present" designations for S12 genes encoding COG members ranged from 58.7 to 93.5%, depending on their primary biological function (Table 3, Fig. 2).
The unequal distribution of the present designations over the different functional classes was also characteristic of other Pseudomonas strains (Fig. 2).
At present, designation can be as late as four weeks before the poll itself.
