CloudMagic founder and CEO Rohit Nadhani explains that the idea for cards came about because email overlaps with a number of other categories and their related activities, including CRM, helpdesk, collaboration, marketing automation, HR, and accounting, for example.
"We are running a helpdesk to advise students and their families about their options and make arrangements to move [them] into halls accommodation or private rooms, as applicable".
It even hooks into the hotel's telephone system so you can order room service before you get back to your room, call a colleague via their room number, or phone the helpdesk if you're out and about but need help talking to a taxi driver in the local language.
Importantly, in order to feel supported by their physician, TTOP intervention patients are provided with the possibility to e-mail or telephone their health care provider in between visits (helpdesk), if specific questions/problems arise that the patient wishes to clarify and discuss.
So our helpdesk teams began to systematically survey communities on their needs.
