The subject of this tutorial is protein identification and characterisation by database searching of MS/MS Data.
In addition, it brings some clarity on the topic of what role commercial software tutorials can have in CPT PSP and how CPT PSP tutorials differ from publications which describe the software itself, as those which can be found in other computer science journals.

For B73, we have created a total of five different video tutorials on the topic of how best to access and make use of the genome sequence.
