Considering the features of pathogenesis caused by Salmonella, we choose the 7th day postinfection as the sampling time point at which to carry out microarray experiments to investigate the immune response of the spleen and caecum to different types of Salmonella as well as Poly(I C).
At the last sampling time point, the receptor medium was drawn out of the receptor chamber completely.
