Looping Lovers is run by 25-year-old German artists Philipp Ries and Thomas Mayer, and nearly always follows the same format: Fred and Lisa, a trippy humanoid guy and gal, attempt (and usually fail) human activities like going down stairs, playing ping pong, and dancing.
The group pictured below are a tangential reformation that sprouted around a decade ago, boasting the same roots as the original trippy prog-jazz influencers, and featuring many of its original members.
