The different parallel design strategies for the PPI algorithm have been described using VHDL language and we have used the Xilinx ISE environment to implement them and obtain the necessary resources (see Figure 5(a)) and the clock cycle (see Figure 5(b)) in each of the three parallelization strategies for the same number of dot-processing units.
