Lang et al. compared the biodistribution of 18F on carbon, Al18F, and 68Ga attached to the same NOTA-PRGD2 (Figure 6) peptide in the U-87MG human glioblastoma model [35].
Table 1 shows that the simple NOTA ligand (IMP461) and the p-SCN-Bn-NOTA on IMP449 afforded roughly the same yield, while the NODA derivative on IMP460 had a much lower yield, possibly due to steric hindrance.
But nota bene: when Joel says "the same manic energy," he is paying back much of the vividness he borrowed.
The receptor targeting of the Al18F-NOTA-octreotide analog was compared to the same peptide labeled with 68Ga.
Hence, compared to CXCR4-binding pentixafor derivatives, where discrepancies varied from 17.6 to 1165 nM (Ga-NOTA and Cu-DOTAGA conjugated to the same highly affine scaffold of CPCR4.2), the effect of chelator and metal exchange was much less pronounced.
MSN-NH2 was first reacted with NHS-fluorescein (ex = 494 nm; em = 518 nm, NHS: N-hydroxy-succinimidyl), followed by NOTA conjugation, PEGylation and VEGF121 conjugation to form fluorescein conjugated NOTA-MSN-PEG-VEGF121. Nontargeted nanoparticles (i.e., fluorescein conjugated NOTA-MSN-PEG) were prepared using the same way but without the VEGF121 targeting moiety.
The same is true of illiteracy - the more illiterate people in a constituency, the higher the Nota vote tended to be.
Additional results from a parallel project using the same animals returned positive visualization of the infection site with F-FDG-PET; however, Ga-NOTA-UBI29-41 was not localized congruently [ 30] at a late stage of infection (5-7-d).
