There was a significant difference in the species richness among the land cover types (P = 0.011); however, there was no significant variation (P = 0.614) in the species richness between the districts.
The variation between seasons was not significant across any of the statistics considered (Wilcoxon signed-paired rank test), while the only significant difference among the districts (Wilcoxon signed-paired rank test, after Bonferroni correction, P = 0.03) was for the allelic richness between the Ankober (R S = 8.22) and Tarmaber districts (R S = 7.11; Table 1).
For comparing the species richness between normal and antral gastritis patients, the actual phylotype number for each patient was counted first.

Figures 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 show the lower-rank taxonomic groups of dominant phyla displayed in Figure 4 that predominantly account for the differences in genotype richness between the non-sulfidic and the sulfidic water samples.
