According to the results of the deviation cohort, we found that the H pylori stool antigen test had a better performance in the detection of upper gastrointestinal lesions.
Fig. 3a and 3b show the results of pooling standard deviations for Dataset 1, using either the Iavg or Imin metrics; the measured standard deviation σM and the pooled standard deviation σM' are plotted together against either Iavg or Imin.
