Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA 20 using those ten genes as a gene set provided high enrichment scores (ES) from seven of those genes (IFI27, RSAD2, IFI44, IFIT3, OASL, OAS2, and IFIT2) in the leading edge of the plot indicating these genes are relatively informative for distinguishing groups.
The thalamus seemed to behave differently from other regions in the plot, indicating that the thalamus might have a different nondisplaceable distribution volume or a different GlyT1 occupancy.
