Seprafilm was reported to be more effective in preventing serosal uterine adhesions following myomectomy than all the other interventions tested.
The other interventions generally had smaller effects, however, shifting the frequency of a decision by 2% to 3%.
The low-cost options could be significantly less expensive than this, but it is assumed that the training package is generally larger than the other interventions.
