The Overseas Operations segment includes the back office unit for overseas operations in Hong Kong, overseas branches and subsidiaries, except those subsidiaries carrying out corporate services, and associates operated in overseas.
The Other Operations segment includes the following businesses: corporate owned life insurance; run-off reinsurance business that is predominantly comprised of guaranteed minimum death benefit and guaranteed minimum income benefit business.

The Construction Operations segment engages in the construction of infrastructure such as railways, highways, metropolitan railways and real estate projects.
The Manufacturing Operations segment engages in the design, research and development, production and sale of large track maintenance machinery as well as the manufacturing of components for railway construction.
The Other Operations segment is focused towards the transportation industry including cars and heavy vehicles.
