The minor deviations between the measured field maps and the computed eigenmodes of the crystal are due to the losses inherent to the metallic wires in the sample, that lead to peak broadening and weak, but noticeable, mode overlapping.
The former part solves the minor deviations of frequency, while later part solves the major contingent events, for example, the loss of large generator.
