Daisy Sands, Greenpeace UK head of energy, said: "The government's own survey shows ministers' priorities on energy are at the polar opposite of what the British public wants.
Sources familiar with the Government's approach to the junior doctor contract negotiations have told The Independent that one of ministers' priorities is to reduce the cost of NHS staffing bill by bringing contracts into line with many in the private sector which make no distinction between weekend and weekday pay rates.
"Their decision to withdraw is regrettable and Australia urges Japan to return to the Convention and Commission as a matter of priority," the ministers said in a statement.
Offers have been received for the e-cycle business based in Porth and Heywood, said the minister, adding: "Our priority throughout this process has been to safeguard jobs, which is why we offered a wage subsidy of up to £6,400 per disabled employee to encourage interested parties to come forward.
The minister said: "My priority is to minimise the harmful effects of gambling; the new law will be underpinned by objectives aimed at keeping crime out of gambling, ensuring fairness within the gambling industry and protecting the young and vulnerable".
Such a ban is a main priority of the ministers council.
A priority for the ministers was the rapid agreement on collecting and storing data on all air passengers within Europe.
Addressing a group of parents who have adopted children or begun the adoption process, the Prime Minister said the priority was to give youngsters the chance to grow up in a loving home, regardless of their ethnicity.
"The role of the head of the civil service is important for the effectiveness of government and for the successful delivery of the prime minister's priorities," said its director Peter Riddell.
Above all, Italians are increasingly alarmed by the divide between the country's ills and the prime minister's priorities.
