They took to heart the message of the program notes (above), which called for marchers to understand themselves as a "whole people" speaking to "its government," taking responsibility for "the quality of [their] action and the dialogue," and showing the nation and the government their worth as a people.
The message of these programs is clear--while school can be an isolating place, it can also be a place of remarkable community.
The key messages of the program which were reinforced throughout the intervention were: Increase knowledge about EM recommendations and outcomes of EM use; Increase awareness and implementation of strategies to participate in healthy levels of EM use; and Teach families how to practice behaviour modification such as planning and monitoring.
Eight questions related to the key nutritional messages of the program will be drawn from the full AES survey (milk type, fruit intake, vegetable intake, takeaway food intake, meals whilst watching television, sweetened drink intake, fruit juice intake, and snack frequency).
Major project activities will include: 1) spreading the message of The Family Dinner Project through programs, networks and partnerships, 2) offering materials, tools, organizing efforts to help families and groups to improve the quantity and quality of their family meals and 3) continuing to assess, refine, and improve these tools and initiatives.
If you want to watch quality programming, the message of the tonight was pay for it.
That's the message of a new program, Extreme Engineering, launched last fall by Columbia School of Engineering and its Department of Mechanical Engineering.

Hence the intervention group participants will receive four strategies: face-to-face workshop information and skill development session; mailed or emailed newsletters; SMS reminders on the main messages of the REFRESH program; and a home-based component.
