As the Court proclaimed in Gibbons v. Ogden (1824), "If there was any one object riding over every other in the adoption of the constitution, it was to keep the commercial intercourse among the States free from all invidious and partial restraints".
The most widely cited research on this topic was a study of the relationship between pregnancy and the timing of intercourse among women who were trying to get conceive here.
Unfortunately, we found no comparable literature apart from studies that report prevalence of condom use at the last sexual intercourse among 10 19 year-olds in some districts of Tanzania [ 22, 29].
For decades, the difficulty older women faced in becoming pregnant was attributed primarily to two factors: the declining frequency of intercourse among older couples and the aging and depletion of a woman's eggs, all of which were believed to be present when a girl is born.

However, some other factors as yet unidentified may have influenced the association among girls, and in this study, binge drinking was also the risk factor to the sexual coercion when compared with the students without sexual intercourse among both genders (data not shown).
Despite the high rates of early pregnancy and the associated sequelae relating to early sexual debut in sub-Saharan Africa, to date there has been very little research that has explored the determinants or predictors of the timing of sexual intercourse among adolescents.
In the United States, general population surveys have suggested that the prevalence of anal intercourse among heterosexuals has increased over time (Leichliter, 2008).
