Within 3 4 seconds, the in-phase coherent output is visible, but the output amplitude is 30% of the input (Figure 2 a,b).
The "silence" is therefore essential to nucleate the microtubule up to the lower limit, (200 mm) from which the "rapid mode" takes over as the L, E & T signals show the logic state "one" and the output signal amplitude is ~100% of the input (Figure 2a bottom, 2b).
