The implemented workflows currently use BLAST+ (Camacho et al., 2009) version 2.2.28+ using any of the blastn, megablast or tblastx algorithms and nucleotide LAST (Frith et al., 2010) version 320.
Instead, it is a telemedicine network, with a distributed archive, with an implemented workflow and quality improvement cycle.
