Many studies examining the help-seeking beliefs of undergraduates have examined their perceptions about the helpfulness of various help-seeking options [ 37– 40].
The scales examining the undergraduates' perceptions about the helpfulness of different help-seeking options were also administered among mental health professionals (psychiatrists and clinical psychologists) in Sri Lanka.
