The Forum includes some of the country's top CEOs and business leaders and creates an environment where they can provide candid insight to the Trump administration on economic matters.
Headquartered in Suva, Fiji, the Forum includes Australia, the Cook Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, New Zealand, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, and Western Samoa.
The Forum includes a new student services centre, a refurbished library, new learning spaces, a 400-seat lecture theatre, retail and catering outlets, a landscaped piazza and a new university reception.
While the forum includes the participation of various stakeholders for issues on migration and development, from states, government agencies, civil society groups and academics, there was a sense that the forum was more of tentative discussions rather than aiming to create concrete policies and regional agreements that might have a more clear impact (Rother 2009).
The list of GOP hopefuls taking part in the forum includes: U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn)., former Godfather's Pizza CEO Herman Cain, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman, U.S. Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas), Texas Gov. Rick Perry, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum.
The forum includes a new international organization called the Society for Applied Research in Aging (SARA) and its official, peer-reviewed journal, Clinical Interventions in Aging (CIA).
In the row that followed, several members of the forum, including its clinical director, resigned.

We propose future directions for the Forum including cultural signposts that provide contextual cues in the intelligent community-based system to better support information sharing and real time communication between strangers.
