Students granted advanced standing under the foregoing provisions are not eligible to receive the M.A. degree from Columbia.
2. That the foregoing provisions shall not affect the prosecution or punishment of any offense already committed against the section amended by the first section of this act.
The trial court, quite appropriately if the foregoing provisions are valid, instructed the jury that Gainey's unexplained presence at the still was 'deemed in law sufficient' to convict.
The foregoing provisions of this section do not apply to proceedings seeking the redetermination of conditions of custody of an alien during the pendency of immigration proceedings under section 236 of the Act.
Sec. 2. The foregoing provisions shall apply in reported cases of lumber commission merchants, agents, and brokers, who sell to consumers, but do not carry stock, and as against the manufacturers who sell to such commission merchants, agents, or brokers.
(d) Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this section, the financial information required by Part I of Form 10-Q shall not be deemed to be "filed" for the purpose of section 18 of the Act or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section of the Act, but shall be subject to all other provisions of the Act.
The agency, board, commission, or officer concerned may, at its option and without regard to the foregoing provisions of this subsection, and if so requested by the petitioner for review or respondent in enforcement shall, file in the court the entire record of the proceedings before it without abbreviation.
(f) The United Nations shall, subject to the foregoing provisions of this section, have the exclusive right to authorize or prohibit entry of persons and property into the headquarters district and to prescribe the conditions under which persons may remain or reside there.
"The Congress may determine the time of choosing the electors, and the day on which they shall give their votes; which day shall be the same throughout the United States". Under the latitude of expression used in the foregoing provisions, considerable variety of practice has been found to prevail, not only in the different States, but at different periods in the same States.
All of the foregoing constitutional provisions apply exclusively to criminal matters.
L. 100 647, § 1011A e)(4)(A), in introductory provisions, substituted "foregoing paragraphs" for "foregoing provisions" and inserted "or in connection with trusts or plans described in 2 or more of such paragraphs" after "defined benefit plans".
