Druart et al. [ 36] listed and clustered the expression pattern of genes involved in cold hardiness from three data sets: 1. poplar genes induced by low temperature and atCBF overexpression; 2. a poplar homolog of an Arabidopsis gene induced by low temperature; and 3. poplar homologs of genes involved in the development of cold hardiness in three other tree species [ 36].
