Indeed, cellular TEM imaging showed that the decreased shifts for PEGylated AuNPs in cells correlated with the formation of smaller intracellular NP clusters (NPCs) as compared with bare AuNPs under the same exposure dose and time conditions (Fig. 3).
As α decreased, the deleterious mutations that had small effects increased while those with large effects decreased, shifting the curve slightly to the right.
However, the decrease shift monitoring is also necessary and important.
The vector of in-control parameter is shown as ( omega_{i0} = (alpha_{0} + alpha_{1} x + alpha_{2} log (y_{1} ), sigma_{2} ) ), and the out-of-control parameter vector is ( omega_{i1} = (alpha_{0} + alpha_{1} x + alpha_{2} log (y_{1} ) - delta, sigma_{2} ) ), where ( delta ) is the decreasing shift in the in-control location parameter.
The sixth limitation was that although working the morning shift was a significant predictor of decreased hydration, which can be explained by the decreased pre-shift hydration status to start with, morning shifts are favored more heavily than other shifts and might skew the data, as hydration status changes throughout the day.
However, it is constructed based on the CUSUM score in Eq. (27) to identify the decreasing shifts.
Table 3 presents the ARL results in the absence of censoring with decreasing shifts, in the mean of the first- and second-stage quality characteristics.
In addition, the effect of smoothing parameter, decreasing shifts in the parameters, and the confidence set of the proposed estimators can be investigated in further studies.
Doing so, we concentrate on developing the control charts to monitor the quality characteristics to detect decreasing shifts, although it is easy to establish the proposed control charts for the sake of detecting increasing and decreasing shifts simultaneously.
In addition, even given that α-Flag bands have equal intensity, the decreased α-Kac bands should correspond to two α-Flag bands given the decreased mobility shift following deacetylation.
