A main difference between our approach and that of the previous study [ 43] is that sectors in our approach are defined based on coevolution analyses derived from CAPS, while those of Halabi and colleagues [ 43] were identified using statistical coupling analyses (SCA) to determine the contribution of correlations to conservation profiles.
