In addition, laccases (enzymes involved in cell wall metabolism), plantacyanin-like proteins (involved in reproduction and seed setting) and F-box proteins involved in auxin-stimulated protein degradation (TIR1-like) were among the confirmed targets in B. napus (Table 4).
